Wilshire Transportation, Inc. is authorized by the Customer, with either verbal or signed acceptance, to keep payment information along with the customer’s travel information for future references. Your safety and privacy is guaranteed!
Client hereby authorizes Wilshire Transportation, Inc. to charge the first hour’s rate to the credit card on file, at the time of reservation, which is non-refundable for late cancellation.
Client understands the late cancellation fee is the first hour’s rate if not made within 3(three) for Sedans and 72(Seventy two) hours for other types of Vehicles prior to the trip.
Client understands all payments are due at the time when passenger is picked up; and we may charge whole or partial balance to guarantee the service
Client understands that the Wilshire Transportation, Inc. chauffeur does not give any kind of refunds at anytime.
Wilshire Transportation, Inc. has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect on-line. We will not sell, share or rent any financial information collected from you except as necessary to fulfill your order.
Client is fully understands and agrees that all charges are fairly assessed by Wilshire Transportation, Inc. i.e. Base hourly Charge, Taxes, gratuity, trip related expenses is all are applicable to the service requested.
Client is fully responsible for his own and all passengers in the vehicle; and any party attendees at the pickup or drop-off locations.
Client shall be liable for all damages to the vehicle sustained during client's trip; which include all spills, burns, rips, tears, or damage to the television, stereo or other equipment. Client agrees to pay a service charge of atleast $500.00, to be cleaned any spillage in the vehicle, to return the vehicle to its original cleaned standard.
Client understands that there will be no eating or smoking in the vehicle or the trip will be TERMINATED immediately.
Client agrees to pay directly to the chauffeur for the cost of all parking expenses, airport surcharges, freeway tolls or trip overtime.
Client agrees that if anyone in the party is found using any illegal drugs, fighting in the car or next to the car, or any other conduct, considered inappropriate by the chauffeur, the chauffeur is under strict order to return all passengers to the starting point or the drop off point or any nearby safe location immediately; whichever is convenient. And no refunds of charges.
Client agrees that this contract must be signed and faxed back within 48 hours of reservation to guarantee confirmation.
Wilshire Transportation, Inc. reserves the right to substitute one vehicle for another vehicle providing it is the same or larger size vehicle, regardless of color. All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Advertised promotions are subject to change without notice. But, quoted rates remain unchanged. We will guarantee your satisfaction
Client agrees that the Wilshire Transportation, Inc. shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the Wilshire Transportation, Inc.’s inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical or electrical difficulties, delays due to traffic conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of Wilshire Transportation, Inc.
Client understands that the Wilshire Transportation, Inc. shall not be responsible for any items left in the vehicle or the safe keeping of any item.
